ရခိုင်ပြည် က လွတ်မြောက်မြို့တွေ ဖြစ်တဲ့ တောင်ကုတ်မြို့နဲ့ အမ်းမြို့ပေါ်က အပျက်အစီးများတဲ့ ရပ်ကွက်တွေက ဒေသခံတွေ ဟာ မိုးရာသီကာလ အမှီ မိမိနေအိမ်တွေကို ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်နေတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
မြို့သိမ်းတိုက်ပွဲ အတွင်းမှာ စစ်ကောင်စီရဲ့ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် ပျက်စီးခဲ့ရတဲ့ မြို့ပေါ်ရပ်ကွက် တွေမှာ နေအိမ် ရာနဲ့ ချီဟာ အခုချိန်အထိ ပြာပုံထဲမှာ ရှိနေဆဲ ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ သွားရောက်မှတ်တမ်းယူထားသူတွေ ဆီက တဆင့်သိရပါတယ်။
အမ်းမြို့ပေါ်က ဒိုင်ကြီးရွာ၊ အောက်ရွာ ၊ မြို့ဟောင်း (လေယဉ်ကွင်း) ရပ်ကွက် ၊ တောင်ကုတ်မြို့ က စကခ (၅) အနီးဝန်းကျင်ရပ်ကွက်များ ၊ ဈေးရပ်ကွက် ၊ ဂူတာရပ်ကွက် ၊ တောင်ကုတ်-သံတွဲ လမ်းဆုံ အနီးဝန်းကျင် အပါအဝင် ရပ်ကွက် ဆယ်ခုကျော်က နေအိမ်တွေဟာ အခုချိန်ထိ ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ခြင်းမရှိသေးဘူးလို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

စစ်ကောင်စီ ဟာ တိုက်ပွဲ ကာလအတွင်းမှာ မြို့ပေါ်အထပ်မြင့် အဆောက်အုံတွေကို ဘန်ကာအဖြစ်အသုံးပြုတာတွေ ၊ လမ်းတံတားတွေ မှာ မြေမြုပ်မှိုင်းတွေ ထောင်ထားတာတွေ ကိုလည်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒေသခံတွေ ပြန်လည်ဝင်ရောက်နေထိုင်ရေး အတွက် မြေမြုပ်မှိုင်း ရှင်းလင်းရေးနဲ့ လေကြောင်း အန္တာရာယ် ဟာ စိန်ခေါ်မှု တစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ရှိနေပါတယ်။

နေရပ်ပြန်မဝင်နိုင်သေးတဲ့ ဒေသခံတွေက တော့ နေအိမ်တွေကို စွန့်လွှတ်ထားရတာ အချိန်ကြာလာတာနဲ့ အမျှ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု နဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး အငြင်းပွားမှုတွေ ဖြစ်လာမှာကိုလည်း စိုးရိမ်နေကြပါတယ်။
